From the bus terminal Rodoviária Novo Rio:

• The taxi is a mafia here too! Normal price from the rodoviária to the hostel on taximeter should be max R$ 40. Always ask for taximeter!
• If you have internet you can order an Uber (at the exit 2, Av Francisco Bicalho) for normal price around R$25.
• Cheapest is the bus 472 (R$ 3,80), it will drop you off at Av. Atlântica in Leme and then you can or walk 10 minutes up the hill to the hostel or just take a taxi for R$ 7 from there.
